Information submitted
The site may collect contact, organization, property, assignment, conflict-check, intended-use, timing, attribution, consent, and authorized document information that you choose to submit.
Purpose and handling
Information is used for preliminary conflict review, competency and scope review, assignment setup, response to the request, security, duplicate prevention, and required operational records. Submission does not create an appraisal engagement or confidentiality obligation.
Private documents
When enabled, documents are uploaded to configured private storage and referenced server-to-server. They are not intentionally placed in public website storage or public analytics.
Analytics
Any enabled analytics must exclude names, emails, telephone numbers, property addresses, case details, document names, and Vista identifiers.
